Katrina Talley Phillips is currently serving as Deputy Court Administrator/Judicial Assistant for Judge Thomas H. Broome at Rankin County Youth Court since November, 2006. She is a member of the Mississippi Court Administrators Association where she served as Region 3 Director in 2017 and 2nd Vice President in 2018. Katrina served many years on the Conference Planning Committee for the Mississippi Juvenile Justice Advisory Council before being appointed by the Governor as a member in 2017. She has also served as the chair of the Mississippi Prevention network and a member of the Rankin-Madison Tobacco Free Coalition. She is a 2009 graduate of the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Rankin program.
Katrina is an active member of CrossRoads Baptist church where she serves as a Sunday School teacher and the JOY Women’s ministry Coordinator. She is also a Friend of Children’s Hospital where she passionately works to support Blair Batson Children’s Hospital. She is married to Clark Phillips and has one daughter, Tabitha Phillips.
