Jaqueline Dedeaux

Jaqueline H. Dedeaux is a Hattiesburg native currently residing on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She graduated from Hattiesburg High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from William Carey College located in Hattiesburg, MS.

Mrs. Dedeaux was employed by Mississippi Department of Human Services/Division of Youth Services as a Youth Services Counselor from 1987-1993.  She was promoted to Youth Services Regional Director in 1993, serving eleven counties in South Mississippi and remained in this position until her retirement from this agency in 2011.

Mrs. Dedeaux is currently employed by Gulf Coast Mental Health as School Based Services Therapists Coordinator.

Gov. Haley Barbour appointed Jaqueline Dedeaux to the Mississippi State Advisory Group October 2005. She has been an active member of this Board and currently serves as Secretary of the Mississippi Advisory Group.

Jaqueline Dedeaux is currently married to Vernon Dedeaux and they have two adorable daughters, Kiara and Raven Dedeaux.
