Katrina Phillips

Katrina Talley Phillips serves as Chief Executive Administrator for Canopy Children’s Solutions and has been there since 2022.  Before moving to Canopy, she served as Deputy Court Administrator/Judicial Assistant for Judge Thomas H. Broome at Rankin County Youth Court since November 2006.  Katrina served many years on the Conference Planning Committee for the Mississippi Juvenile Justice Advisory Council before being appointed by the Governor as a member in 2017.

Katrina has also served as the chair of the Mississippi Prevention Network, President of the Mississippi Court Administrators Association, Treasurer of Ever Reaching Community Outreach, and a member of the Rankin-Madison Tobacco Free Coalition.  She is a 2009 graduate of the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Rankin program.

Katrina celebrates over 25 years of marriage to Clark Phillips.  They have one daughter and son-in-law, Tabitha and Harrison Varner, and one beautiful grandbaby, Mary Elizabeth.  In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, reading, crocheting, and spoiling Mary Elizabeth.
