MSJJAC meets on the first Thursday of each quarter. The time and place of each meeting shall be determined by the chair unless specified at the previous meeting. Notice of the time and place of the meeting shall be made in writing to all members at least two weeks prior to the meeting date. Public notice of the meetings shall be in compliance with the state law. All meetings of the JJAC are public meetings and are open to the public in accordance with the state and federal laws.
